how can ju jitsu boost my confidence?
knowledge of even a few basic self-defence techniques will enable you to be more relaxed in potentially threatening situations, because you will believe that you can survive attack and maybe even overcome your attacker, be he a mugger, rapist, drunk or whatever. psychologically, this reduced fear of physical threat can carry over into other stressful situations and boost confidence all round.
