how can ju jitsu improve my health?
firstly, by boosting your confidence in yourself. self-confident people are less sensitive to stress of all kinds and therefore less likely to be affected by the stress-related illnesses. secondly, the regular exercise of warming up will have some beneficial effect on your general fitness - how much effect will depend on how much effort you can put in. thirdly, the rotating and manipulation of joints in the warm-up will help to preserve and enhance their mobility.
